Why The Grand Estates Apartments?

The Grand Estates Apartments are bright, spacious, quiet, conveniently located in Old South right by the charming Wortley Village, Thames River Park, only 15-minute walk from downtown—near community gardens, bike paths, swimming pools, tennis courts, Landon Library, groceries, restaurants, cafes, wellness clinics, chiropractors, massage therapists, doctors, pharmacies, bus routes, a short walk from downtown's JLC, Covent Garden Market, London Museum, Harris Park, The Forks and across the street from the historic Idlewyld Inn's fine dining and the Waverley Retirement Community. Turner Drug Store is half a block away and there is a hair-dresser on the corner in the opposite direction.

Are there any units available?

Chances are that one may well be. Please check the Units Available for Rent page; we update it monthly so have a look and give us a call. If you don't see anything available, watch for updates or give us a call to get on the waiting list and to find out when a one or two bedroom unit may become available.

How much is the rent?

The Grand Estates Apartments are not only quiet, conveniently located and spacious, but also affordably priced. Please see the Monthly Rent page for pricing break down.

Can I rent a garage?

Garage and carport rentals are available for a minimal monthly fee to residents and nonresidents. Residents and visitors can also park in our ample outside parking lot.

Can we see the place?

How do we get there?

The Grand Estates Apartments are located at 21-25 Grand Avenue, London Ontario. From downtown, take Ridout south, go over the Thames River bridge and take a left on Grand Avenue. It's only steps from here, just across the street from The Waverly and the historic Idlewyld Inn. Do have a look at the Map.

What on-site facilities are there?

There is a coin operated laundry, secured entry, video surveillance, secure bike storage, and friendly, responsive on-site management. Call Eugene at 519-432-6285.

What does each unit feature?

The units feature roomy kitchens equipped with fridge, stove and lots of cupboard space. Some rooms are carpeted and some are hard wood. The rooms have large windows and the livingrooms have balconies. Some units have brand new appliances and new carpet. All units come with a fresh coat of paint.
